We got several boxes of apples from our kind neighbors whom we will happily return some of the resulting preserve to. These are cooking apples so we will be making lots of apple sauce and compote preserving them in vacuum sealed jars to use over the winter.us
Does anyone know of any other ways of preserving cooking apples? Thanks
