With the days getting shorter tuberous vegetables are preparing for the Winter, storing all their hard earned energy underground in the form of tubers. The first hard frost won’t be long knocking them all back to the ground and defoliating them. In this video we captured the garden just before this happens, showing the garden at it’s peak.
