Seed saving is an activity going right back to the beginning of human settlements and horticultural societies. Seeds saved in your local area are already adapted to your local climate and you will get old varieties no longer available in the shops or seed catalogues. In this workshop you will learn when and how to save seeds and also how to store them for the longest viability. We will also cover the best ways to start or germinate seeds to grow them into new plants. This workshop is held near Roscommon town (Ireland).
