After 2 months of rooting these cuttings, it’s now time to pot them up giving them more space to expand their roots and full strength compost for growth.
In this video we’re using cuttings from a purple Lilac tree and a Wormwood shrub. This post will be part of the nursery series to help encourage many others to grow their own plants both to save money and to expand their gardens with common and the most unusual plants. We would like build up a collection of specimen plants that have proven themselves to grow with little effort in our climate. We can then exchange plant material amongst growers.
Big thanks to Aine from Athlone for sponsoring the lovely Lilac cuttings a couple of months ago!
