One of the easiest and most rewarding vegetables we’ve ever grown is the pumpkin. We planted 7 different varieties into our No Dig mulched garden earlier this year as little seedlings that had been grown from seed in our greenhouse. At the time it was hard to imagine them turning into monster pumpkins 5 months later and this with zero maintenance or weeding. Enjoy our only slightly spooky Halloween contribution and hopefully it’ll encourage or help some of you to grow your own pumpkins for delicious soup, pie or even decoration next year.
