In this Farm & Market Garden Tour we are revisiting the Bullaun Ark in Loughrea Co. Galway (Ireland). Charles and Shannon have made amazing progress in establishing a sustainable food production system with many rare exotic vegetables, herbs and fruits. The No Dig method is really helping to develop a soil structure promoting healthy soil biology which in turn means healthy vigorous plant growth.
