Dice pumpkin, add some black pepper, nutmeg and salt (Optionally) Preheat oven to 200 Celcius and bake for 10 minutes After 10 minutes the pumpkin will have gone soft (Optionally) dice an onion and 2-4 gloves of garlic and fry in pot with some good sunflower oil Either mash or blend with a stick mixer. Serve hot or cold with parsley and toasted bread
