Reserve your garlic well in advance as they sell out fast every year. They are freshly harvested, packed and posted in July. Please buy them separately from other items unless you want all of your order sent together in July.
Garlic is a very easy vegetable to grow and harvest. Once cured and dried it can be stored for up to 1 year. Autumn or early Spring planting is essential for the frost to split the bulb into individual cloves. If planted after the last frost you will get a large single clove.
