After a while we like to turn our high intensity no dig gardens into much slower forest gardens by simply adding a good layer of woodchips on top of our no dig grow spaces. This reduces maintenance and it allows us to grow perennials we can then harvest from every other year. In the video below i forage for elephant garlic.
