We started harvesting our elephant garlic today. Watch the video below for tips and tricks on planting and growing garlic. We took up some 6 month old and some 3 year old plants for the first time and we’re very happy with the results. I was especially looking forward to seeing the yield of the older plants, just 1 clove planted 3 years ago in our no dig garden and not touched since. Which makes the garlic a tremendous veg for the low maintenance perennial forest garden. 😀
