In our maritime climate here in Ireland we welcome the occasional drought and in recent years we’ve been looking forward to a break after a relentlessly wet Winter. This year we had a second drought combined with a heat wave followed by.. you’ve guess it – a third drought lasting another 2 weeks. Our gardens are still growing strong as the no dig beds are holding onto every drop of water like a sponge. Here’s a quick tour.
