In this video we’re harvesting our pumpkins. Last minute really just before we’re having a little frost here in the midlands of Ireland. The leaves already got knocked back last night. I would highly advise to collect your pumpkins and Yacons before the first proper frost (well before the first hard frost), otherwise they mightn’t store very well.
